Sitel, a provider of contact center solutions, is adding 75 new jobs in the fourth quarter of 2014 and an additional 125 new team members in the first quarter of 2015 at its customer contact center in Lake City, Florida.
These roles are regular full-time positions, including supervisor and training management opportunities, the company said.
The new additions will support Sitel’s new client in the electronic payments industry, which chose Sitel for their leadership and results in the customer service industry. The new Lake City associates will provide inbound customer care and technical support.

Sitel is hosting an on-site job fair on Tuesday, October 21st and Thursday, November 6th between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
