Servion Global Solutions has bagged the Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and Voice Portal (CVP) contract from Fastway Transmissions, a cable distribution company in Northern India.
Servion’s Unified Communications solution will deliver contact routing, self-service, computer telephony integration and list and campaign manager (LCM). The solution is scalable and capable of handling higher call volumes.
