BPO major PCCI Group plans to make investment in opening new local offices and recruiting professionals in Middle East.
The company did not share additional details on investments and the number of contact center employees being hired for expanding its presence in the Middle East.
Some of the customers of PCCI Group include Orange, MTN, T-Online, AOL, Deutsche Telecom, Telecom Italia and Millicom.

To support our expanding client base, we are investing in setting up new regional offices and recruiting experienced talent to provide best-in-class customer experience and support to our customers,” said Nidal Kamouni, CEO of PCCI Group.
PCCI Group has presence in 11 locations across the globe with more than 2,500 employees.
The outsourcing company has capabilities in the areas of BPO contact centers, points of service and face-to-face interactions, management, self-service and big data insights.
