IT services provider NTT Data will set up a service delivery center in Louisville, Kentucky, to support its business in the U.S.
Enterprises can benefit from this center as NTT Data will offer balanced global delivery approach.
In addition, the availability of optimal mix of international and domestic as well as customer site-specific professionals will assist enterprise CIOs in reaping benefits, NTT Data said on Wednesday.
NTT Data recently reached $1 billion in SAP software-related services globally with the completion of its fiscal third quarter, mainly attributed to continued growth in its mid to large enterprise market focus.
Domestic centers provide specialized skills and cost efficiencies. The other advantage is that there will be geographic and time zone convenience. NTT Data can also tap academic resources and programs for local professional development.
NTT Data service delivery center at Louisville will initially be providing a range of business process, applications, and Cloud services.
Some of the specific capabilities include Finance & Administration and Human Resources process services, a PeopleSoft Center of Excellence, and Cloud Migration and Management Services.
NTT Data’s first client and partner company in Louisville is Yum! Brands. The IT services provider will leverage the talent of approximately 200 of Yum!’s U.S. restaurant support services associates as they transition over to NTT Data and continue to support the restaurant company as well as other NTT Data clients.
