Metropolitan Utilities District of Omaha (M.U.D.) has deployed KPIT Technologies’ SuccessFactors Recruiting Management solution.
M.U.D. leverages the cloud-based solution from SuccessFactors while improving organizational efficiency, communication and response time.
The company said M.U.D. required newer human capital management (HCM) solution to improve its ability to manage the workforce holistically with transparent visibility, organizational efficiency and HR insight.
SuccessFactors solution with multichannel address issues such as retirement, succession and retention as well as aging technologies and skills-gap shortages.
Company officials said this implementation allows organization with configurable reengineered design to eliminate manual processes and streamline HR strategies.
M.U.D. has met business objectives with improved communication and response times, reduced work redundancy, improved accessibility and greater mobility.
