Contact Centre Company (CCC), an Aegis joint venture with STC, has won an outsourcing deal from STC to offer human resources business process outsourcing (BPO) services.
The scope of the BPO contract includes recruitment, reward and core HR administration, learning services covering content sourcing and development, program planning and delivery, learning system hosting, payroll administration and management.
The engagement will benefit more than 4 business units of STC covering over 1,000 employees, and introduce a series of HR process improvements focused on enhancing the user experience.
Aegis, an Essar group company, will introduce a more proactive recruiting approach, including future staffing predictive modeling coupled with an intrinsic and deep client domain understanding. ( Aegis to hire 5,000 resources in U.S. BPO centers in next 4 months )
“Aegis focuses on enhancing the skill sets of its people and investing in innovation, to move up the value-chain with non-linear BPO services such as Industry back office and HR outsourcing services,” said Sandip Sen, Global CEO, Aegis.
CCC has also been engaged for STC outbound retention business, wherein STC would assume the role of a reviewing authority and partner with CCC to provide correct direction to retaining its customer base and reducing churn.

CCC currently employs over 1,300 people across 2 locations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) – Riyadh, and Jeddah.
Apart from Saudi Telecom Company, CCC has also won over 6 new external clients across Media, Government, BFSI, Healthcare and Travel & Hospitality verticals.
