Teradata today announced its deal with Advance Auto Parts, an automotive aftermarket parts provider in North America, for its Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).
Data-driven business insight resulting in better store segmentation, price optimization, and promotional effectiveness are some of the benefits of the deal.
Advance Auto Parts will leverage the EDW platform including testing and production to aggregate data from multiple sources to perform advanced analytics and drive the business. The new Teradata platform will utilize the Teradata Americas Data Migration Center of Expertise.
The Teradata team assisted Advance Auto Parts in setting up the benchmark environment and working collaboratively, transferring knowledge as the benchmark progressed.
