Enterprise IT vendor IBM today announced the launch of a new Client Center in Delhi to assist clients to address their business challenges.
IBM will be showcasing and addressing customer issues through its IT solutions such as Cloud Computing, Analytics, as well as Mobile and Social technologies.
Anuj K Jain, vice president and partner, Industry & Value Creation Leader, IBM India/South Asia, said: “We will have pre-determined visits by our customers at the Client Center. There will be discussions on real cases and we will be able to find solutions.”
“Though IBM solutions are catering to across industry verticals, our main clients are in BFSI, telecom, etc. We are also eagerly waiting for manufacturing sector and smart city projects to utilize IT in coming months,” Jain added.
At the Centre, IBM’s enterprise clients will experience insights about their business challenges and envisage their future, collaborate with IBM experts and discover how IBM can help them succeed in business transformation.
The company is expecting that the center will drive actionable next steps and clear business outcomes for clients, not just provide a onetime demonstration.
The IBM Client Center in Delhi will host cross industry solution briefings, demonstrations, workshops and operational centre environments making Smarter Planet solutions real for clients.
The company said the new center houses IBM Smarter Cities technology, including the IBM Intelligent Operations Center, which is integral to IBM’s efforts to help the region’s IT businesses, developers, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and academics drive innovation and growth.
This latest facility in India joins a network of over 100 IBM Client Centers worldwide.
